Rural Community Transportation (RCT) is seeking an experienced CDL professional and safety leader to oversee our seasonal Stowe Mountain Road Shuttle operation and lead driver safety, training, and CDL development across the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transit, motorcoach, school bus, or commercial driver professional who wants to combine hands-on operations leadership, driver training, safety, and mountain transportation in one rewarding position.

The Position
The Seasonal Operations & Driver Safety Manager reports to the Transit Manager, is responsible for the successful operation of RCT's Stowe Mountain Road seasonal shuttle, and serves as a company-wide resource for CDL development, driver training, and safety.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL with Passenger and Aire Brake Endorsement is required.
- Ability to pass background checks is required.
- Ability to pass FTA regulated drug testing.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
