Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fulfillment Associate and Warehouse Support team member to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient materials handling. Duties
- Light assembly work on product packing
- Conduct order picking, packing, and stocking activities with precision to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and organizing inventory for storage or dispatch.
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including load & unload procedures, quality control checks, and mechanical troubleshooting of equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by performing materials handling tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, manage inventory levels, and improve overall warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar heavy machinery; certification is preferred.
- Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, load & unload activities, and long periods of standing or walking.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and quality control standards.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting basic equipment issues and understanding warehouse safety protocols.
- Prior warehouse experience including stock management, materials handling, and distribution operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
