Responsibilities
- Review and finalize bid packages
- Implement Jobs in the Cost System
- Manage the correspondence within operations and update work-in-progress schedules
- Billing customers with collecting bad debt
- Preparing weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Coordinating with the monthly close-out of the books
- Prepare, post, send, and collect bills for jobs managed by internal teams
- Post customer bills and monitor collections for jobs managed by Project Managers
- Monitor and collect retention per the terms of each contract
- Update Weekly Billing and Produced Volume reports weekly
- Lead the branch staff in the monthly closeout process
- Prepare Year-End Projections
- Compile information for Monthly Branch Reports
- Ability to collect, interpret and present financial and performance information
- Ability to track, prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in business and/or accounting with financial reporting
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,
- Proficient in business math, accounting, and financial reporting
