Rupp Pfalzgraf is growing its Buffalo litigation team and looking to connect with attorneys who want real courtroom experience, meaningful case responsibility, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of civil litigation matters.
This is not a narrow “sit in the back room and review documents forever” role.
We are looking for litigation associates with approximately 2–6 years of experience who want to build practical litigation skills, work directly with experienced attorneys, and take on substantive responsibility in matters involving:
- Commercial litigation;
- Insurance defense;
- Property insurance litigation;
- Subrogation;
- Premises liability;
- Products liability;
- Automobile liability;
- Construction litigation;
- Antitrust-related matters;
- Business disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, intellectual property, and corporate governance issues.
The work includes discovery, motion practice, depositions, examinations under oath, mediations, court appearances, trial preparation, case strategy, document analysis, and direct client communication.
This may be a strong fit for an attorney who:
