Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, NY. The Relationship Manager will engage with customers to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, managing leads, and providing updates on Rupeek's loan products. The Relationship Manager will also liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and customer satisfaction while meeting sales and performance targets.
