Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and order placement
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Runza's quality standards and recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Handle customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest experience
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
