We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support account leads and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving with accuracy and polish. You’ll collaborate with strategists, creatives, and media specialists to track deliverables, communicate clearly, and help deliver measurable results.
Job Summary
As an Account Coordinator, you will provide foundational project and client support across a variety of mission-driven accounts. You’ll prepare agendas and notes, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, support research and reporting, and help traffic creative assets to media partners. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and distribute recaps with clear deadlines.
- Track deliverables and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate scheduling, event logistics, and vendor outreach to keep work moving.
- Conduct competitive research and monitoring; compile findings into concise summaries.
- Build media lists and coverage reports; support analytics with accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with Creative to traffic assets; confirm specs, QA files, and manage handoffs.
- Support Media Services in confirming creative delivery to media partners and platforms.
- Maintain accurate records in project management tools and shared documentation.
- Provide administrative support for client communications and timely follow‑ups.
- Serve as an ambassador and steward of the agency’s collaborative, proactive, and engaged culture, and foster an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or agency/marketing coordination roles.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
- Strong verbal and written communication; confident note‑taking and recap writing.
- Reliable, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Collaborative, positive, and curious — eager to learn tools and processes quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Environment
This role is primarily based at our Rancho Cordova office, with a hybrid schedule of four in-office days per week.
