• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods of time
• Dependable vehicle

Core Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creating high performing teams at multiple locations
• Recruiting and Identifying high caliber talent
• Coaching and teaching all levels of associates
• Maintaining engagement and reducing turnover
• Building a core of associates able to move up through the company

Verifying Store Operations are being performed up to Game XChange standards

• Accounting Audits
• Product Verifications
• Labor & Schedule reviews

• Speakers, Headsets, Laptops, Macbooks
• Vinyl Records, DVDs and Blu-ray Movies and Boxsets
• Phone and hardware repair

Experience

• 2 Years in retail store management or sales management
• 3 years in retail environment
• Sales/ Customer Service
• Track record of success in retail environment
• Fast paced work environment

Education:

• High School Diploma required

• Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent preferred
