- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for extended periods of time

Core Position Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creating high performing teams at multiple locations
- Recruiting and Identifying high caliber talent
- Coaching and teaching all levels of associates
- Maintaining engagement and reducing turnover
- Building a core of associates able to move up through the company
Verifying Store Operations are being performed up to Game XChange standards
- Accounting Audits
- Product Verifications
- Labor & Schedule reviews

Experience
- 2 Years in retail store management or sales management
- 3 years in retail environment
- Sales/ Customer Service
- Track record of success in retail environment
- Fast paced work environment
Education:
• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent preferred
