Runway Fashion Exchange is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Bend team. We’re looking for someone who loves developing people, creating an experience that customers and team members want to be part of, and a person who loves the hunt of finding just the right outfit.
At Runway, we buy and sell trendy, teen & young adult gently used clothing from today’s most popular brands. Every day is different—from helping customers refresh their wardrobes to coaching team members and building a store culture where people feel valued, and inspired to grow.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop a team of certified buyers, key holders, and sales associates
- Create a positive and memorable store culture
- Hire, train, and coach team members
- Drive sales and store performance
- Oversee inventory flow and merchandising
- Help customers have an exceptional experience
- Manage schedules, store operations, and daily priorities
- Partner with company leadership to execute goals and initiatives
- Leadership experience (3 years retail management)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable coaching, training, and holding others accountable
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. (the majority of this position is customer-focused, not admin)
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Passion for fashion is a plus
