Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Datacenter Hardware Technician located in Carlstadt, NJ. The Datacenter Operations Technician will manage cables, ensure the efficient daily operation of the data center, conduct troubleshooting, replace hardware, and perform structured cabling tasks all within the required SLA. The role requires maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of the data center environment.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Cable Management using fiber and ethernet
- Proficient in computer hardware replacement and troubleshooting
- Experience in Data Center Operations and structured cabling methodologies
- Problem-solving skills and experience in Troubleshooting technical issues
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work on-site in Carlstadt, NJ
- Relevant certifications or experience in data center environments will be considered a plus
