🚨 We’re Hiring: Safety Manager | Runnings | Marshall, MN

Runnings is excited to offer a high-impact opportunity for a Safety Manager to lead initiatives across 90 stores, 5 distribution centers, and 12 states. This role is key to building a proactive safety culture—partnering with Operations, HR, and leadership to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.


âś… Lead companywide safety programs and OSHA/state compliance

âś… Drive training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

âś… Analyze incidents and trends to improve performance

âś… Partner cross-functionally to support safe, efficient operations

âś… Travel to support teams and reinforce safety practices
