Retail Store Manager - Watford, ND

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Watford City, ND location. • Proven Leadership: 5 years of retail or hospitality management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-On Approach: Ability to lead, coach, and build strong relationships with team members and peers.
• Team-Focused Mindset: Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team toward shared goals.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Sound judgment and the ability to use data to make decisions and drive results.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Education: College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  

• Total Compensation Range: $80,000–$90,000 per year (base plus bonus).
