- Provide a consistently high level of customer service for a wide variety of customers and their footwear needs- from runners and walkers to everyday/comfort footwear customers.
- Provide a customized fitting experience, asking the right questions to ensure the customer gets the best shoe (and other products) for them.
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure is key
- Provide general information about running, training programs, upcoming events, etc.
- Maintain storefront through regular cleaning and organization
- Assist manager(s) with opening and closing responsibilities
- Assist event staff with responsibilities and events as needed
- Attend periodic staff meetings/workshops
- Other duties as assigned by the owners or managers

Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and eager to learn
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Outdoor/endurance activity experience preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Eligible for employment in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
