Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive healthcare team. We serve patients of all ages in the setting of primary care and urgent care.
As a key member of our medical team, you will work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other advanced practice providers. Our healthcare team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in both urgent and primary care settings.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians as needed.
- Order and interpret laboratory, radiologic, and diagnostic tests.
- Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, Pelvic exams, I&D, splinting, wound care, injections, family planning services and more.
- Prescribe medications responsibly and manage ongoing therapies.
- Provide preventive care, health counseling, and chronic disease management.
- Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle modification, and medication compliance.
- Document all encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California license (required).
- BLS/ACLS certification (current and in good standing).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong multitasking ability.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with supervising physicians and staff.
- Ability to adhere to professionalism and clinic policies.
- Practice evidence-based medicine.
