Utilizing your knowledge and friendly demeanor, you will establish strong connections with customers, aiming to create a memorable shopping experience that encourages repeat business. Key responsibilities include responding to customer needs and inquiries, demonstrating excellent product knowledge, and presenting a friendly and professional demeanor.Requirements:Passion for running, walking, health, and fitnessRetail experience is a bonus, especially in specialty running, or apparel sales (but not mandatory)Understanding of sales principles and commitment to superior customer serviceFriendly and outgoing personality, dedicated to customer satisfactionAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating multitasking skills with minimal supervisionPhysical dexterity for tasks such as unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and lifting packages up to 50 lbsAssociates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GEDProficiency in using technology, including a PC and electronic cash registerJob Type:Full-time and part-time positions availableHow to Apply:We look forward to hearing from you.
