***HIRING BONUS - paid out during your first 90 days of employment***

Position: Part-time and Full-time Front Desk / Guest Service Representative 

Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Front Desk team, you’ll:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests
• Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
• Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus—but the right attitude and personality matter most!
