Runners, Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in our Frederick, Maryland! For nearly 40 years, Runners, Inc. has provided trusted logistics, warehousing, distribution, and delivery services throughout the region. Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
What You'll Do
- Load, unload, sort, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Prepare orders for delivery and distribution
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse operations and special projects
- Work as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to safely lift and move 70 pound boxes regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Forklift experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience is a plus
