Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and accessible
- Conduct product demos to promote new or featured items and encourage upselling opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to merchandising standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Support store operations during busy periods by performing cashiering duties and assisting with customer inquiries
Requirements
- Runners are a plus, since we are a local running community company.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math concepts such as basic math and upselling techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette

- Availability during peak seasons with flexible scheduling options
