team. You will keep our bustling artisan kitchen, bakery operations, and
dish station clean, sanitary, and organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, glassware, baking equipment, and serviceware quickly and carefully by hand or using the dish machine.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, prep areas, and dish stations throughout the shift.
- Manage waste by monitoring, emptying, and sanitizing trash and recycling bins.
- Support the team by receiving deliveries, helping stock storage areas, and assisting with basic kitchen prep tasks when needed.
- Follow health codes and safety rules for chemical use and kitchen sanitation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Stamina and strength to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Prior restaurant or bakery experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right hard worker.
- Flexible schedule including early morning, evening, or weekend availability.
