Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly
Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare simple food items (hot dogs, sandwiches, snacks, etc.)
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (if applicable and certified)
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
Cash Handling
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Balance register at the end of each shift
Operations & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Restock inventory, supplies, and beverages as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Follow opening and closing procedures
