What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care AID Training Provided position at RUNK & PRATT HEALTH CARE ENT INC?
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Aides to provide hands-on support to residents in an assisted living setting. The Direct Care Aide assists residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided through a DSS-approved School of Nursing.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide assistance with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed

Observe and report changes in residents’ physical condition, behavior, or emotional status

Support residents with medication reminders in accordance with Virginia assisted living regulations

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

Document care provided in accordance with facility and DSS requirements

Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and supervisors

Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies

Promote resident rights, dignity, and independence at all times
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Salary : $13 - $15
