Customer Service
• Greet every guest in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance with menu items, specials, and customer
questions.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Check on dining room guests and assist with additional needs when appropriate.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
• Thank guests and help create an experience that encourages them to return.
Cashier & Order Management
• Accurately enter customer orders into the Square POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and other approved forms of payment.

• Maintain accuracy when handling cash and completing transactions.
• Ensure orders are entered correctly, including modifications and special requests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are delivered accurately and
efficiently.
• Assist with takeout and third-party delivery orders as assigned.
Milkshakes & Desserts
• Prepare milkshakes, specialty shakes, and dessert items according to Corner
Burger recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow established portion and build standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shake and dessert equipment.
• Keep shake and dessert stations properly stocked throughout the shift.
• Monitor ingredients and notify management when products need to be restocked.
Dining Room & Beverage Stations
• Maintain a clean dining room throughout the entire shift, not just at opening and
closing.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and other guest areas.
• Regularly check and clean beverage and drink stations.
• Restock cups, lids, straws, napkins, condiments, utensils, ice, and other supplies.
• Sweep and spot-clean floors as needed.
• Empty trash before receptacles become overly full.
• Keep entryways, counters, and other guest-facing areas clean and presentable.
• Ensure the restaurant remains welcoming and ready for guests throughout service.
Cleaning & Side Work
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized cashier and service workspace.
• Complete assigned opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work surfaces according to restaurant
procedures.
• Restock Front of House supplies before leaving a shift.
• Assist with general restaurant cleaning as assigned.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and personal-hygiene requirements.
Teamwork & Reliability
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen employees, fellow FOH employees, and
management.
• Work with a sense of urgency during high-volume periods.
• Assist teammates when another station needs support.
• Follow direction from the General Manager and designated restaurant leadership.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous restaurant, fast-casual, cashier, retail, or customer-service experience
preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and accurately operate a POS system.
• Basic cash-handling and math skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and preparation instructions for shakes and desserts.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to multitask and remain friendly and professional during busy periods.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.Candidates must:
• Be able to stand and work on their feet for extended periods.
• Be able to bend, reach, carry, clean, stock, and perform repetitive restaurant tasks
throughout a shift.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Have reliable and dependable transportation to and from work.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business
