What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at RunFree PT?
RunFree PT is growing, and I’m looking to connect with an exceptional physical therapist who may be interested in joining us in Evergreen, Colorado.
RunFree is a cash-based physical therapy and performance practice built around a simple idea: Strength. Movement. Freedom.
We work with active, motivated people who want more than short-term symptom relief. Our approach combines excellent orthopedic and sports physical therapy with strength and conditioning, movement, education, and a broader view of long-term health and physical capacity.
This is not a traditional high-volume PT position. We work one-on-one, have the time and freedom to think critically, and focus on helping people build the capacity to do the things they care about for decades.
The opportunity:
This would begin as a part-time position with the intention and opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the practice continues to expand.
I’m less interested in checking every box on a résumé than finding the right person. I’m looking for a PT who is clinically curious, values strength and exercise, communicates exceptionally well, takes ownership of patient outcomes, and wants to practice at a high level outside the traditional insurance-driven model.
Colorado PT license or eligibility required. Orthopedic, sports, strength and conditioning, and/or dry needling experience are valuable, but fit and mindset matter more than any particular certification.
Interested?
Rather than a formal application, email me a brief letter of interest introducing yourself, what you’re looking for professionally, and why RunFree interests you. A résumé is welcome but not required for the initial conversation.
