HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

The HVAC Installer will perform various functions in setting up and installation of HVAC equipment, as well as designing, fabricating and installing a wide range of materials that are required, including but not limited to:

Performing installation of HVAC equipment following company policy and manufacturer's specifications

Working with low voltage and wiring of heating and cooling equipment

Perform installation of refrigerant lines to air conditioning units including brazing and soldering

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done

Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management

Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out and completed

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of HVAC installation experience and/or a recent HVAC graduate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid MN Driver's License
• Ability to climb, crouch, crawl, and/or kneel
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds utilizing safety measures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mechanical skills
