Responsibilities
- Responsible for writing and executing the shipping document process.
- Responsible for coordinating and handling shipping related matters.
- Responsible for training and assessment of skills improvement for inspectors, guiding their work.
- Supervise the implementation of safety operating procedures in the team.
- Stop and correct behaviors that violate command rules, force risky operations, and violate operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth approval of the shipment process during customer and third-party audits.
- Follow company rules and regulations.
- Other tasks arranged by the leader
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English with oral proficiency in both languages
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related Science field is required. Prior experience on production line is highly preferred.
- Have some experience in problem analysis and on-site management.
- Willing to learn, serious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good personal character and professional ethics.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
