About the Role:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Spanish or French Canadian fluency a plus) to support RunBuggy's growing customer base.
Scope of Job:
While the vast majority of orders move smoothly without external intervention, the Logistics Coordinator I supports the RunBuggy customer base when exceptions arise that need a human to intervene. This position is responsible for providing top-notch problem-solving service to our customers (primarily transporters, shippers, and pickup and dropoff locations) through our platform, over the phone, on video calls, and using written communication (email and text). In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
· Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or in-platform communication ensuring pickups and deliveries are on schedule as it relates to orders handled through our cloud-native platform and smartphone app.
· Solve problems and respond promptly, keeping necessary stakeholders informed with a high level of professionalism.
· Assisting users with difficulty using the system, e.g. uploading pictures, completing orders, or finding relevant orders.
· Seek out necessary information and coordinate with internal and external sources to adequately solve problems.
· Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers.
· Coordinate with internal team members and partners to improve our services, processes, and platform.
· Build enthusiasm and usage in our products and services to help shippers and transporters move cars smoothly.
· Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
· Attend all required customer service-related meetings.
· Additional duties as assigned.
This position requires employees to be in the office 5 days per week. Our office is located on Mill Avenue in the heart of Tempe, AZ. While some schedules may be Monday through Friday, employees in this role may be required to work Tuesdays through Saturdays or Sundays through Thursdays. Education and/or Experience:
· Proficiency with using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience searching and using the internet required.
· Hands on experience using Artificial Intelligence tools preferred.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Automotive, logistics, or transportation experience a plus.
· Experience in specialized logistics of heavy haul (machine equipment), RVs, motorsports, boats, salvage vehicles a plus.
· Understanding of performance-based metrics.
· Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting along with an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
· Spanish or French Canadian speakers a plus.
· Call Center experience is helpful.
