Duties
- Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages across designated routes
- Load and unload parcels, handling heavy lifting with proper technique
- Plan and follow optimized delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals at each stop while maintaining safety standards
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns politely
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately in our tracking system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the staging area
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Unafraid of dogs, know how to safely deliver packages with animals present
- Available in the afternoons/evenings, available on the weekends. Shifts start as early as 12:30 p.m.
