RUN Studios and its client partner are seeking a talented and passionate Associate Producer to join our collaborative team! You’ll be a part of a growing Redmond-based team of professionals who create e-learning content for one of our large corporate partners, virtually, in studio, and on location.
The Associate Producer serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfill occasional Producer tasks as well as provide backend support to the Production team.
The ideal candidate will be an incredibly well-organized multitasker who is a detail-oriented, articulate and dedicated team player. As an Associate Producer, You Will
- Support Producer in determining production needs and workback schedules
- Schedule and track multiple or large-scale projects using Outlook calendar, and ensure delivery timelines are met
- Fulfill resourcing requests for upcoming shoots, inclusive, but not limited to crewing, greenroom reservations, security requests for roaming productions
- Drive efforts with securing crewing, liaising with the Human Resources team and the resources, navigate employment regulations and guidelines along the way
- Maintain call sheets and invites
- Maintain project details for crew reference
- Track post-production phase, ensuring client feedback is submitted and unblocking any questions the editorial team may have
- Collaborate with the greater team to envision strategies to refine processes; supporting training others in tasks, as needed
As an Applicant, You Bring
- 2 years experience in video production.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to track multiple workstreams and project statuses
- Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Solution, compassionate and client-focused mentality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work full time at 40 hours/week (hourly)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred
Bonus If You Have
- Experience on set, especially in corporate productions and interviews
- Knowledge of production and post-production workflows

Compensation:
Pay Range: $26.00 - $29.00 (Hourly) with ideal target at $28.00
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
