- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and special treatments using advanced techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks, offering expert advice on color theory, hair care routines, and current trends.
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist clients with retail sales of hair products to maximize sales opportunities through upselling.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments efficiently.
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license required.
- Proven experience in hair styling with proficiency in color application and advanced styling techniques.
- Knowledge of salon software systems for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations confidently.
