⭐ Job Overview
We are a small, family-owned construction company looking to add an experienced, hardworking Construction Laborer to our team. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our day-to-day operations. You’ll work directly alongside the owner on a variety of hands-on tasks, helping keep job sites safe, clean, and organized, while contributing to projects that directly impact our local community.
⭐ Responsibilities
- Work directly alongside the owner on residential renovation/ remodeling projects and small commercial projects
- Perform labor tasks such as demolition, debris removal, site cleanup, and material handling
- Assist with project tasks including concrete work, framing, flooring, window and door installation, siding, drywall, trim work, metal roof installation, decking and fencing
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and job-site equipment as directed
- Help load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Interact respectfully with homeowners and represent our business professionally
⭐ Qualifications
- Previous construction and residential renovation experience REQUIRED
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools, with the ability to learn new installation skills as needed
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Huntingburg (you will ride with us to job sites)
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalism in homeowners’ spaces

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
