Experienced Asphalt Rakers
Rummel Construction is seeking experienced Asphalt Rakers. You should have experience working on paving projects and have the ability to work safely at all times. This is a safety sensitive position that is responsible for operating heavy construction equipment with knowledge of hazards, safety precautions, awareness, and of paving for a variety of projects.
You'll be working with scores of experienced employees who put safety first and work together to meet the day's goals. We typically work Monday-Friday, though some project schedules may require WEEKEND work.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
- Identify and correct areas of asphalt surface that are uneven or defective
- Rake asphalt to create desired surface texture
- Perform other related duties as assigned (shoveling, clean up, general labor)
- Work safely in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet, etc.)
- Approx. 1 years' experience in the construction industry
- Experience in paving and heavy construction with knowledge of paving a variety of projects
Salary : $26 - $30
