POSITION SUMMARY
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance, culture, and profitability of the branch. This role owns day-to-day operations while driving growth, service excellence, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager serves as the local business leader—setting the tone for how the team shows up for customers, supports one another, and continuously improves.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
§ Own branch-level performance across revenue, profitability, customer retention, and service quality
§ Lead daily operations with a mindset of continuous improvement
§ Ensure consistent execution of service standards and routing efficiency
§ Oversee scheduling, dispatch, inventory, fleet, and facility management
People Leadership & Culture
§ Recruit, train, coach, and develop technicians and staff
§ Create a culture of accountability, respect, and growth
§ Lead with integrity while holding team members to high standards
§ Support employee engagement, retention, and career development
Financial & Business Management
§ Own the branch P&L and understand financial drivers
§ Manage labor, materials, and operating expenses responsibly
§ Identify opportunities to improve performance and margins
§ Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
Sales & Customer Experience
§ Support sales, renewals, cross-selling, and referrals
§ Reinforce a customer-focused mindset
§ Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
§ Build strong relationships within the local community
Compliance & Safety
§ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
§ Enforce safety standards and licensing requirements
§ Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
§ 3 years of pest control or route-based service experience
§ 1–3 years of leadership or management experience
§ Strong communication and organizational skills
§ Valid driver’s license
§ Ability to lift to 50lbs
§ Pass a drug screen
§ Pass a motor vehicle record check
Preferred:
§ Prior Branch Manager or P&L experience
§ State pest control license or ability to obtain
§ Experience in a growth-oriented environment
