At Rumble Pest Solutions, we're in our customers' corner, going as many rounds as it takes to keep their homes safe and pest-free. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Billing Specialist who combines strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a passion for helping customers find solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on the phone, managing account balances, resolving billing concerns, and helping customers maintain uninterrupted service. You'll work closely with customers while supporting the financial health of the business through consistent and professional collections efforts.

What You'll DoCollections & Account Management
- Conduct consistent outbound outreach to customers with past-due balances
- Communicate professionally and effectively regarding account status and payment expectations
- Document all customer interactions accurately within company systems
- Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate
- Monitor assigned account portfolios and follow up on outstanding balances
Customer Service & Billing Support
- Answer incoming billing-related calls and emails
- Assist customers with payment questions, billing concerns, and account updates
- Process payment information updates and recurring billing changes
- Research account discrepancies and work toward resolution
- Maintain a positive customer experience while enforcing company policies
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure account notes are complete and up to date
- Support reporting and tracking of collection activities
- Work across multiple software platforms simultaneously
- Assist with other billing and administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center, collections, customer service, or billing experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain professional and composed during difficult conversations
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Collections or accounts receivable experience
- Experience in a service-based business
- Experience using CRM or customer management software
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
