Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for a Front Desk Staff team member at Rumble Boxing's Gilbert, AZ location. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing check-ins, answering client inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio. Additional responsibilities include assisting with retail sales, supporting new member sign-ups, and ensuring members feel welcomed and informed.
