What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Sales Associate position at Rumble Boxing Shrewsbury?
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into classes. The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Passion for fitness and knowledge of the Rumble brand is preferred but not required
REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
▪ Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail
▪ Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
▪ Ability to stand or sit for up to 4 hours throughout the workday
▪ Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, & email
▪ Must have proficient computer skills
