Rumble Boxing South McKinney is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and highly motivated Front Desk / Member Relations Specialist to become the face of our studio. What You'll Do
As our Front Desk / Member Relations Specialist, you will:
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Create an incredible first impression for all visitors.
- Build genuine relationships with members and celebrate their fitness journey.
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
- Convert leads into memberships through consultative sales.
- Assist members with scheduling, account questions, and retail purchases.
- Promote special events, challenges, and membership upgrades.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
- Support coaches during classes and ensure every class runs smoothly.
- Represent the Rumble brand both inside and outside the studio.
- Assist with community outreach and local marketing events.

Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Fitness industry experience is helpful but not required

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
