- 2 years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
- 2 years of management experience
- Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices
- Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales
- Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
