- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows OS, servers, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Perform network hardware maintenance in WAN/LAN environments.
- Support VOIP systems and shop floor LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and IT rollbacks.
- Support hardware/software upgrades, implementations, and configuration changes.
- Apply diagnostic utilities to resolve IT system issues.
