Rule and Associates is a growing and highly respected family support and mental health service located in beautiful Whatcom County Washington. We are looking licensed clinical supervisors to join our team providing treatment and family support services to children, families and teens in Whatcom, Skagit and Island Counties. We also do couples, families and adult work. We are looking for a true leader and clinical supervisor to bring up the next generation of therapists.

- New client triaging and scheduling – throughout the week, someone is filling your openings

- Administrative support – throughout the week, someone is available to help you and your clients

We are a growing team of experienced professionals with diverse practice orientations and areas of clinical interests. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise and teach interns and associates as well as carry a limited client caseload.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum requirements include Licensed or Licensed eligible for independent practice in Washington State. Current enrollment on insurance panels is preferred but not required.
Ideal candidates will have two or more years experiences in an area of treatment expertise and may have developed advanced skills in a treatment approach (e.g., EMDR, PCIT, TF-CBT, Gottman or other couples counseling approach, etc.).
This opportunity is ideal for the highly skilled and regarded provider who would like to work in a private practice and/or community setting without the work, interest or financial investment of running the business of a private practice.
