- Starting at $65,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus with the potential of earning an additional 17% of your salary

The Role: General Manager
As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You’ll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours
- Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders
- Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs
- Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction
- Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety
- Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives
- Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team
- Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)

What You Bring
- 5 years of McDonald's experience
