The Associate Director of Project Management is responsible for managing the Company’s Project Management Office (PMO) which provides corporate governance for project management methodologies, policies, etiquette, standards and communications.
COMPENSATION: $160,000 - $175,000/Year DOE, Bonus Eligible

The Associate Director of Project Management is responsible for managing the Company’s Project Management Office (PMO) which provides corporate governance for project management methodologies, policies, etiquette, standards and communications.
COMPENSATION: $160,000 - $175,000/Year DOE, Bonus Eligible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage progression of the enterprise PMO portfolio while coordinating efforts among the capital, process and technology and commercial workstreams
- Provide leadership, direction and education to the Company on project management principles and best practices
- Drive adoption and adherence to standardized methodologies and ways of working
- Mentor workstream leaders, project managers and sponsors
- Develop and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and data utilization
- Develop, refine and monitor KPIs that provide visibility into PMO value and effectiveness
- Identify knowledge gaps and establish training curricula
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project outcomes
- Supports the SVP Strategy Optimization on other projects and analyses as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of project management experience
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
- 5 years of people management experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk mitigation
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an appreciation for polish and an awareness for the audience
- Demonstrated ability to influence others at all levels of the organizations
- Talent for summarizing complex analyses into straightforward recommendations
- Strong quantitative sense, data management and problem-solving skills
Salary : $160,000 - $175,000
