What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator Project Manager - ATLAS position at RUI Holdings?
Responsibilities
- Greet new customers as the main contact and representative for our company
- Create scope of work and Xactimate estimate for each project
- Full ownership and responsibility for project management
- Learn and practice compliance with Third Party Administrator (TPA) programs
- Perform marketing and business development activities to increase leads
- Liaison between property owner and insurance adjuster to ensure we have an approved scope
- Review and approve expenses for each project on a weekly basis
- Request timely invoicing of projects to balance job progress and cash flow
- Maintain contact with client through the collection of funds owed including the Certificate of Satisfaction and Completion
- Maintain 24/7 availability when on call during your rotation time. (approx. 1 week every month) Respond to losses to secure work authorizations, assess damages and coordinate equipment and labor resources.
