Job description
Ruhl Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Operations Specialist to join our team in Moline, IL. This role is integral to our Operations Team, providing support across all departments from application through closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage loan processes. Candidates must reside within reasonable driving distance of location.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three years of experience in the mortgage industry
Proficient in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation: Up to $26/hr
