Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative (Contractor Supplies)
Location: Great Neck, NY (Field-based / Local territory)
Job Type: Contract (1099)
IMPORTANT:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission-only (5% per sale). No base salary.

Rugged Plastics supplies contractor-grade plastic products—heavy-duty garbage bags, liners, and job-site supplies—to contractors, property managers, maintenance companies, and construction crews.
These are repeat-order, high-usage products. If you land an account, you earn commission on every reorder.
This is not janitorial fluff. This is real volume.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close B2B accounts:
- Contractors
- Property & facility managers
- Maintenance companies
- Construction & cleanup crews
- Sell bulk and recurring supply orders
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Own the relationship from first contact to reorder
- Work independently in the field (door-to-door, phone, email—whatever closes)
Compensation
- 5% commission on all closed sales
- Commission paid on initial and recurring orders
- No cap
- Fast payout
- Example:
- $50,000 in annual customer spend = $2,500 commission
- $200,000 in annual customer spend = $10,000 commission
