Position: We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Lead & CDL B Driver to manage warehouse operations and safely deliver materials to our customers. This hybrid role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For:
-
Valid CDL Class B license with current DOT Medical Card.
-
Previous experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

2-4 years of delivery truck driving experience.

Able to successfully pass a Valid OSHA approved forklift certification

Lumber yard experience a plus

Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and warehouse safety practices.

Ability to lift 50100 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Leadership

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.

Train, direct, and motivate a small team to meet safety and productivity goals.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.

Implement process improvements and collaborate with management on operational strategy.

Ensure all equipment is maintained and operates safely and efficiently.

Enforce OSHA safety standards and company procedures.

Oversee housekeeping to ensure a clean and organized warehouse.
Driving & Delivery

Safely operate company vehicle (Class B CDL) to deliver building materials.

Load and unload cabinets, countertops, doors, and other products.

Ensure products are accurately loaded & secured to be delivered without damage.

Verify materials against delivery and receiving documents; report discrepancies.

Represent Rugby with exceptional customer service at all delivery sites.
