Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL we do business as: Olathe Millworks, Warren Brother Sash & Door, River City Millworks respectfully.)
Description: We are seeking a Install Supervisor. This person will be working on construction job sites installing and servicing doors and windows.

What kind of installer do we need?
- A person who thrives on challenge and works safely with intensity.
- Knowledgeable in door styles, sizes, measurements, and customization.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You are passionate and experienced with 2 3 years of install/construction.
- You can multi-task and operate independently, handling multiple assignments.
- You are good at communication and problem solving.
- You have a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
What You Will Do:
- Schedule installs.
- Process orders.
- Install doors and windows at residential job sites.
- Troubleshoot problems on site.
- Communicate with builders to complete job on time.
- Operate table saws, routers, chop saws and nail guns.
- Lift and carry products from 75-100 lbs. weight with a helper.
- Work daily, with occasional overtime and occasionally on Saturdays
- Use warehouse operation system on occasion.
- Must have a clean MVR.

This role is a Safety Sensitive position, subject to routine drug screenings.
