Position: We are growing and seeking an Entry-Level Carpenter in our door shop! You will use a variety of tools and machines to fabricate doors from component materials.

- Fabricate doors and door frames using table saws, routers, chop saws and nail guns.
- Operate machines and tools in the assembly and production of doors.
- Assist our delivery drivers by loading and securing material in the truck.
- Stage and load material in trucks in accordance with customer orders.
- Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.
- You are reserved and thoughtful, serious with people, but like to perform familiar, routine tasks. Ideally, you have experience with production environments, and experience in woodworking or lumber industries.
- You are disciplined in your work ethic, and like to focus on high quality, detailed work based on standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- You prefer precise, consistent work which requires patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
- You like structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers, yet understand that most knowledge is achieved by on-the-job training.
- You prefer steady, methodical work output so that jobs can be completed on time and error-free.
