Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights
- Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment
- Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team
- Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements
- Coordinate with production to prioritize repairs and optimize equipment performance
- Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction
Qualifications:
- 5 years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing equipment preferred
- Experience with facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
