Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists contractors and walk-in customers with all orders including scheduling and deliveries
- Provides customer service, primarily for contractors/walk-in customers
- Actively engages in selling company products/services and related items
- Provides material estimates and quotes for contractors
- Other duties may be assigned
Required Skills
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials or residential construction
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers, MS Office, and have good typing skills
Required Experience & Education
- Minimum education required: High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year in building material industry with basic knowledge of products and applications
