What are the responsibilities and job description for the Second Shift Machine Operator position at Ruff Land Performance Kennels?
Machine Operator Position:
Looking to join a thriving manufacturing team in the production of quality plastic parts? Well look no further because Ruff Land Performance LLC has an opening for a second shift machine operator. We are looking for a detail oriented. Individual to join our growing team and would love to have a motivated individual come in and grow with us. Day time training can be provided as needed. We are located in Tea, SD.
Machine Operator Role:
- Fill buckets with material, load and prepare machine tooling according to daily production schedule.
- Basic machine and tool maintenance and repair.
- General knowledge of hand tools and weights and measures.
- Transfer raw materials.
- Refill parts as needed.
- Know and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
Preferred Skills and Characteristics:
- Attention to detail
- Rotational molding experience is preferred, but not required
- Require minimal supervision
- Forklift certification
- Problem solver
- Be able to lift 60 lbs
- Work closely with others
Schedule:
M-Th 3pm -1:30am overtime as scheduled. This is a 40 hour a week position and you will have the option of being paid weekly or bi-weekly. $20/hr
